Instructions: download either of archives and unpack it to your Counter-Strike game folder
(default: c:\Sierra\Half-Life\cstrike). Your unpacker may ask you if you wish to overwrite file named "pldecal.wad". Choose 'Yes' and that's it.
If you change any of the player propreties using "Customize" option chosen Counter-Strike logo will overwrite dowloaded picture, so you'll have to do unpacking procedure again.
